    We are currently in search of a motivated, courteous, and energetic individual to join our team as Lot and Service Assistant and to help us to deliver on our brand promise with exceptional customer service. The Lot & Service Assistant is responsible for organizing and positioning all cars at the dealership, ensuring the lot is clean and fully operational.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Wash the interior and exterior of cars and wipe down
    • Organize cars on the lot (front and back) and manage where they are positioned
    • Arrange to get vehicles to and from off-site detailing in a timely manner
    • Take deposits to the bank daily
    • Drop off and pick-up customers
    • Ensure cleanliness of lot, including spot cleaning of showroom windows
    • Meet with the Service Director daily to review the logistical plan for the day

    Position Requirements/Qualifications

    You are high energy, motivated, positive, team oriented and very reliable.  Other requirements include:

    • Minimum of 1-year dealership experience in a similar, customer service position
    • Professionalism and adherence to standards for organization and cleanliness
    • Conscientious and a commitment to service excellence
    • Strong product knowledge, and professional demeanor
    • High attention to detail and ability to organize your work
    • A strong work ethic and dedication to the team
    • Knowledge of safe work procedures (WHMIS)
    • Computer literacy for MS Office and other industry programs
    • Valid driver’s license required and the ability to drive a standard (manual transmission)

    Working Environment

    As part of the Weissach team, the Lot & Service Assistant will work Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 5:00.  This position requires a fair amount of time to be spent outside in all weather and requires lifting of up to 20lbs.  This is a customer facing position and requires exceptional service standards as part of the service team.

    Our expanding Business Group is on the move, and we are in search of an innovative and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years directly related experience.  In this integral role, you will lead marketing initiatives and multi-faceted marketing activities for our group of companies and the brands we represent.
    As Marketing Manager, you will lead and deploy successful marketing campaigns and events for our group of companies in Vancouver and Calgary, strengthen client relationships and contribute to company growth.  You will also have in-depth experience in designing and delivering digital marketing campaigns and will be responsible for implementing industry leading brand management guidelines for the brands we represent. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will have the opportunity to create strategic marketing plans that align with our vision, in a team environment and with the special culture we have at Weissach.
    Key Activities
    Strategic Planning & Partnerships
    • Develop and implement a thorough annual strategic marketing plan to include milestones and key performance indicators that measure success
    • Plan, develop, and execute all marketing activities, media events and campaigns
    • Oversee all marketing collateral ensuring consistent tone, positioning and message are represented, reflective of the brand, across all traditional and digital outlets
    • Plan, measure and track the success and financial performance of each confirmed campaign and promotion
    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs via deep analysis of consumer behaviour, market surveys and digital data to provide insights that inform decision-making
    • Analyze data and create reports based on results from marketing actions undertaken with our partners to ensure we extract maximum value from our partnerships
    • Coach, support and lead the team to deliver on marketing strategy – ensure direct report(s) are able to develop and reach their potential, and stay on track with goals
    • Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings and strategic planning with the marketing and sales teams
    • Communicate and coordinate marketing plans to the team internally
    Customer Relationship Management
    • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service, loyalty programs, as well as with client retention events and promotional activities
    • Develop and maintain external supplier relationships
    • Manage the CRM process and identify sales-opportunities within existing database, initiating outbound CRM communications along with the Marketing Assistant
    Digital Marketing & Social Media
    • Oversee and spearhead the strategy, ideation and development of digital content across all branded social media channels, website, articles, blogs, etc.
    • Lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing including PPC/PLA, Display Re-Targeting and Acquisition, Shopping Comparison Engines, Social Advertising
    • Support strategy with social media analytics to determine successes, opportunities and ROI, and coordinate monthly reporting to share across the business
    • Manage and deliver a quarterly eNewsletter with promotions and activities that are engaging to our clients and external target market
    • Generate and propose new content ideas to drive engagement and build organic brand awareness through external traffic drivers
    • Support and amplify larger brand initiatives with digital programs
    • Lead marketing analytic strategy across devices and channels to create an actionable 360-degree view of the customer
    • Analyze, create, and implement testing and develop a strategy to optimize our digital marketing and improve our ROI
    • Develop graphic design pieces for marketing campaigns/projects
    Event Planning
    • Lead the event marketing strategy
    • Create the annual budget and marketing schedule/event calendar with input from the team
    • Attend events and manage the logistics and team working onsite at promotional events
    • Develop the strategic and tactical plan and new initiatives for each of the brands we represent
    • Liaise with Lamborghini America representatives, including Brandmaker reporting and communicate factory activities to the dealership team
    • Support execution of strategic initiatives to expand brand reach and increase overall engagement, follower acquisition, and testing new channels and platform features
    Education & Experience 
    Along with your passion to lead, develop and implement Marketing initiatives, you will have a proven track record, experience and education in:
    • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
    • 5+ years’ experience at management level within digital marketing industry, including both PPC and PLA.
    • You have a proven track record managing SEO, conducting A/B testing, landing page optimization and a range of other related skills.
    • Strong numerical, analytical and data processing skills, Google Analytics and AdWords certified preferred.
    • Experienced and proficient in social media marketing.
    • Knowledge of and/or experience working with online search and analytics platform(s), e.g. Google Analytics, AdWords, DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Media Optimizer, Adobe Audience, Criteo, etc.
    • Graphic design experience preferred, comfortable creating materials independently, able to understand and follow the brand.
    • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, and CSS.
    • Knowledge of website design, development and publication processes; email marketing and CASL.
    • Experience using the WordPress platform.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.

    Position: Part-time Automotive Receptionist

    Location: Kitsilano 

    Weissach is currently looking for an organized and highly personable Part-time Receptionist to oversee reception and provide administrative support for our Weissach Sales Team at our retail location on West 2nd Avenue in Kitsilano on Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:30pm.  As a Receptionist for Weissach you are the first point of contact for our clients and thrive in a fast-paced, fun and professional environment.

    Key Activities

    Responsible for managing the Reception area and providing administrative support for our Sales Team on Saturdays.   Activities at reception include answering phones, greeting clients, assisting with administrative sales support and general office assistance.  You may also provide support for our online digital marketing strategy and other basic accounting support.  Reporting to the Sales Manager for Weissach, and working closely with the Sales team, and Service and Parts team, this is a fantastic part-time role for someone that is a highly organized self-starter in the luxury automobile sector.

    Reception and Administration

    • Answering incoming calls
    • Document workflow and administration
    • Petty cash/money collection
    • Organize mail, fax, and arrange for courier
    • Create and print invoices and sales cards for vehicles
    • Orders stationary and supplies
    • Provide general clerical and administrative support, including filing
    • Record, circulate and update company information as needed

    Customer Service

    • Work with and update company CRM programs
    • Appointment and meeting scheduling
    • Follow-up with customers on their service appointment bookings
    • Provide support for various company events
    • Support the updating of social media channels in collaboration with marketing

    Skills and Experience

    You have a positive and vibrant attitude to welcome visitors to the Weissach showroom, and you enjoy a fast-paced, team oriented environment.  In addition to a minimum of 1 year of experience in reception, administration, and customer service, you have:

    • Strong organizational skills and a superb attention to detail
    • Strong customer service skills including professional phone and email etiquette
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Highly professional demeanor reflective of the Weissach brand
    • Experience/knowledge of basic accounting and marketing functions is an asset
