    Technician, Weissach

    We currently have a unique opportunity for a Licensed Automotive Technician with an exceptional track record, to join our Service Team in Vancouver.

    As Service Technician your mandate is to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles, working to promote retailer and manufacturer standards of quality and to provide exceptional service for our valued clients.

    Key Accountabilities:

    Perform expert diagnostics, maintenance and repair according to experience, guidelines and quality standards

    • Inform Service Advisor of vehicle maintenance/repair requirements and assist in developing an effective customer consultation
    • Communicate when repairs are finished and ensure that repair stories are complete, well written, thorough and include the appropriate steps – properly documented complaint, cause and correction
    • Check and verify parts before installation
    • Assist in general housekeeping and cleanliness of the workshop


    • Automotive Service Technician Licence
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Technician (including apprenticeship)
    • In depth knowledge of and background in technical diagnosis and repair as well as electrical systems
    • European car / Audi product knowledge
    • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
    • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
    • Highly self-motivated, committed team-player with the desire to learn
    • A/C licence is an asset

    Weissach has an exciting and unique opportunity to join our customer experience team as Administrative Assistant – in this role you will be an ambassador for our brand and the support for our Weissach Sales and Service Teams to ensure organized and cohesive operations. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Weissach, as Administrative Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our clients and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and professional environment.

    Key Activities:

    Customer Experience and Reception

    • Greet and welcome customers and visitors into the showroom and offer refreshments
    • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct department/person in a friendly and efficient manner
    • Keep refreshments stocked for customers
    • Oversee the reception area and boardroom, ensuring they are presentable and organized
    • Follow-up on service emails to customers, completing in a timely fashion
    • Enter service appointment reminders into accounting system (Serti) at specified timelines


    • Create invoices when selling Weissach store merchandise
    • Enter Parts and Service invoices and deposits into an accounting system (Serti)
    • Manage daily cash out and handling of cash transaction at the front desk including updating accounting for any ROFR and meter parking
    • Enter incoming Weissach Porsche vehicle inventory into 180
    • Manage daily deposits and deposit all cheques into the correct accounts for Weissach
    • Create new vehicle evaluations when received from the service department and file
    • Create and complete new car folders for Weissach
    • Assist Sales, Service and Accounting Departments with photocopying, mailing, filing and other administrative tasks
    • Collate car reports from CarProof, BC Online, Lien search and forwarding copy to accounting
    • Draft and update sales boards for Weissach inventory vehicles
    • Add new customers from 180 (CRM system) into the Serti (Accounting system) for Weissach

    Office Assistance

    • Order office supplies, light bulbs, business cards and branded t-shirts for Weissach, Lamborghini Vancouver and Fir street
    • Plan travel arrangements, making sure the accounting department is updated regarding any credit card transactions (hotel, flight, etc.)
    • Organize out of office meetings for company president
    • Open, date stamp and distribute mail for Weissach, Lamborghini Vancouver and Fir street
    • Receive and distribute weekly mail pack from Calgary
    • Enter documents into car and service files for Weissach, Lamborghini Vancouver, Calgary and Fir street
    • Distribute/mail cheques to various vendors/customers for Weissach, Lamborghini Vancouver, Calgary and Fir street
    • Mail Parts and Service Statements to vendors and customers
    • Move old files into storage when needed for Weissach
    • Dealing with payments/invoicing for events
    • Create delivery folders for Weissach
    • Receive invoices, enter data, add new customers and cash out into Serti from Saturdays

    Position Requirements/Qualifications

    As brand ambassador, this position requires a positive and vibrant attitude to welcome visitors to the Weissach showroom as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In addition to a minimum of 2 years of experience in reception and administration, qualifications include:

    • Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail
    • Administrative experience and excellent time management
    • Excellent customer service skills including professional phone and email etiquette
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Highly professional demeanor reflective of the Weissach brand
    • Proficient in MS Office at an intermediate to advance level
    • Experience with 180 or other automotive industry CRM is an asset
    • Experience in the sports and luxury dealership environment and clothing merchandising (ordering, merchandising and sales) is an asset
    • Professional social media marketing is also an asset for supporting the marketing team
