Sea to Big Sky - Lotus DriveSunday, June 7th, 2009The day began at Weissach where we traveled as a convoy to Cypress Bowl. Once at the peak, we were generously greeted by breathtaking views, allowing for a great photo opportunity as a record of this incredible day. We then headed down the twisting curves of the mountain, reaching the next part of our journey. As we began traveling out of Vancouver toward Horseshoe Bay and beyond, the city faded into the background as we made our way towards the towering mountainside. Our first stop was in Squamish for coffee and light refreshments. After, we continued on our journey through the mountain range until reaching our destination, Big Sky Golf Course. There we enjoyed fantastic scenery and a great lunch at Fescue's Restaurant and Patio. After enjoying a relaxing luncheon we departed and again challenged the wicked, winding roads beneath us.
