    The Human Resources Manager partners with the Leadership Team to develop and implement the evaluation and planning of our people policies, programs and practices. Weissach is very well established in Western Canada. Based in Vancouver, B.C., you will use your exceptional relationship building, communication, and analytical skills to translate corporate strategic plans into effective Human Resource programs.

    Your mission is to shape human resources strategy, offer support and guidance for the organization, aligned with our corporate strategic plans and to enhance the success of a growing, fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization. As Human Resources Manager, you will offer your expertise in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures, and HR Programs that enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.

    In addition to a broad range of HR experience, you have at least four years of experience working with senior leaders, ideally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company. Well-versed in employment standards, and change management practice, you have developed expertise in creating HR initiatives that guide and foster effective change and growth.     Primary Responsibilities
    • HR Programs
    – Understand the current and future business needs of the organization and provide HR support and services aligned to those needs with the company’s vision, mission and values
    – Develop HR programs and practices that build retention, engagement and enhance culture; taking into account the internal client and organizational objectives
    – Recommend, prepare and update human resource policies and procedures
    – Educate managers and team on policies, procedures and programs
    – Responsible for analysis of Employee Satisfaction Survey results for team, communication to the leadership team, planning focus groups, and joint development and implementation of client-specific action plans

    • Talent Acquisition and Development
    – Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of all positions
    – New hire orientation and facilitation of onboarding process
    – Work with managers to implement performance reviews and goal setting
    – Advise on training plans and offer coaching for career development
    – Lead talent plans including maintaining accurate employee inventories, and movement

    • Compensation and Benefits
    – Implement strategic and competitive compensation model
    – Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by understanding benefit needs and trends
    – Recommends benefit programs to management
    – Administer benefit plans

    • Employee Relations and Communications
    – Lead change management training and initiatives
    – Coach managers and employees on performance issues

    Secondary Responsibilities
    • Learn the business to guide and support operational efficiencies

    Entrance Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
    • 4 plus years HR experience in a generalist capacity
    • Well-developed analytical and strategic thinking skills
    • Strong business judgement and professional presence
    • Working knowledge of all applicable BC and Alberta legislation and standards (e.g. Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code)
    • Working knowledge and application of Work Safe BC regulations
    • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, relationship building and consultation skills
    • Highly organized with attention to detail
    • Self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities, and be a team player
    • Proficiency with HRMS and ATS systems and intermediate MS Office knowledge
    • Automotive and luxury industry experience is an asset

    You are an above-average sales executive with a strong sales acumen, and have at least 3 years’ experience in the luxury and sports car business or in a related field. You have experience selling and marketing luxury products in Western Canada and have a strong understanding of the market for these products. You have conducted business with high-net-worth individuals, and are comfortable with the protocol and best practice interactions with such a demographic.  You are well-groomed and your style is reflective of our brand and its values. You highly value esthetics and style, have an interest in progressive contemporary design, and are able to express these values through grooming and personal styling choices. You are comfortable in high-level presentations and sales activity, and bring a winning attitude every time. You are self-motivated and speak and write fluent English.

    Working Conditions
    As part of the Weissach team, the Weissach Sales Representative will work a typical business work week.  Hours are between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday as well as 9:30 am to 5 pm Saturday.  We have a 5 day work week one weekday off would have to be determined.

    Job Description:
    We are looking for an energetic and highly personable Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant to become an integral member of our growing team.
    This person will be responsible for managing the day to day business of the reception area including assisting with sales and aftersales. The candidate must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Answers incoming calls – Assists with greeting customers – Documents flow and handling – Petty Cash/Money Collection – Records, circulates and updates company information as needed – Use company CRM programs – Schedules appointments and meetings – Works closely with the sales department – Create and print invoices – Create and print sales cards for vehicles – Provides clerical and administrative support to the sales team – Provides support for various company events and more.

    Desired Skills and Experience:
    Positive and vibrant attitude to welcome visitors to the showroom – Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment – Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, IE, Chrome) – Strong organizational, administrative, time and project management skills – Strong customer service skills including professional phone and email etiquette – Superb attention to detail – Ability to work with minimum supervision – Professional image and demeanor, reflective of the Weissach brand – 2+ years of experience in the luxury environment considered an asset
