    Position: Sales Assistant / Automotive Receptionist

    Location: Kitsilano

    With the addition of a new location in Kitsilano, specializing in the Sports and Luxury automobile sector, we have a new opportunity to join the Weissach team as a Sales Assistant.  This is an excellent opportunity to gain entry level sales experience and make an impact on a new and growing area of the business.  Reporting to the Sales Manager for Weissach, you will work closely with the Sales team in your role.

    Key Activities

    As Sales Assistant, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day requirements for the reception area at our newest location, including assisting with sales and aftersales.

    Customer Service

    • Answer incoming calls to the office
    • Greet customers
    • Work with and update CRM programs
    • Schedule meeting and appointments with clients
    • Support the events and marketing team as needed

    Sales Assistance

    • Organize sales documentation
    • Record, circulate and update sales information to team
    • Manage invoicing
    • Create and update sales cards for vehicles
    • Additional clerical and administrative support for the sales team

    Required Skills and Experience
    The successful candidate will be personable, with a can-do attitude, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.  You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, customer-driven environment and providing exceptional customer service for our clients.  You have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales, in addition to:

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with superb attention to detail
    • Team oriented and customer driven
    • Highly organized, with strong administrative and time management skills
    • Excellent MS Office proficiency
    • Professional demeanor and approach
    • Experience in the sport and luxury automotive environment considered an asset
    • Valid Canadian Drivers License Required

    Position: Automotive Reception / Customer Service Representative, Lamborghini Vancouver

    At Lamborghini Vancouver we are looking for a dynamic and highly personable Customer Service Representative to oversee Reception and Aftersales Assistance for our Lamborghini brand and retail location.  You are the first point of contact for our clients and thrive in a fast-paced and professional environment.  This is an integral role for our growing team.

    Key Activities

    Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of reception including answering phones, greeting clients, assisting with Aftersales, and being the front-runner for Lamborghini’s clothing and accessories sales department.  You will also have an active involvement in our online digital strategy and other administrative responsibilities to support the team.  Reporting to the Sales Manager for Lamborghini, and working closely with the Sales team, and Service and Parts team, this is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow for someone that is a highly organized self-starter in the luxury automobile sector.

    Reception and Administration

    • Answering incoming calls
    • Document workflow and administration
    • Petty cash/money collection
    • Organize mail, fax, and arrange for courier
    • Create and print invoices and sales cards for vehicles
    • Orders stationary and supplies
    • Provide general clerical and administrative support
    • Record, circulate and update company information as needed

    Customer Service

    • Work with and update company CRM programs
    • Appointment and meeting scheduling
    • Follow-up with customers on their service appointment bookings
    • Provide support for various company events
    • Manage social media channels in collaboration with the marketing department
    • Merchandise clothing (ordering, marketing and management of sales)

    Skills and Experience
    You have a positive and vibrant attitude to welcome visitors the Lamborghini showroom coupled with the strong ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.  In addition to a minimum of 2 years of experience in reception and administration, you have:

    • Strong organizational skills and a superb attention to detail
    • Administrative and time management/project management experience
    • Strong customer service skills including professional phone and email etiquette
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Highly professional demeanor reflective of the Lamborghini brand
    • Experience with social media marketing is an asset
    • Experience in the sports and luxury dealership environment and clothing merchandising (ordering, merchandising and sales) is an asset
    • Additional languages including Mandarin are an asset (but not required)
